Cancellations up to 8 days prior to arrival are free of charge.

Cancellations from 7 days to 1 day prior to arrival are charged a cancellation fee 90% of the booked amount.
Cancellations on the arrival day are charged a cancellation fee 100% of the booked amount.

Prices do not include the local tourist tax of € 2,40 per night and persons who over 14 years old.

Dogs with advance reservation € 10 per night without food.

Cancellations from 30 days to 8 day prior to arrival are charged a cancellation fee 70% of the booked amount.
Cancellations from 7 days to 1 day prior to arrival are charged a cancellation fee 90% of the booked amount.
Cancellations on the arrival day are charged a cancellation fee 100% of the booked amount

For reservations we ask for a deposit of 30% of the booked amount with bank transfer.
Should there be a new lockdown we will cancel the reservations free of charge
